About Westminster

Built on Conviction. Designed Around What Every Child Deserves.

Westminster is an American International School following the American Curriculum, with a values-driven approach that develops the whole child from the earliest years through graduation.

Our Story

Why Westminster Exists

Westminster began with a conviction that every child deserves to be seen fully, challenged seriously, and formed thoughtfully. The school was designed around an educational commitment: children deserve an education that prepares them not only to succeed in examinations, but to succeed in life and make life better for others.

Vision and Mission

Our Vision, in Practice

Westminster forms students through a clear vision, a practical mission, and three habits of formation: character, competence, and conscience.

Vision Statement

Vision Statement

To be the most trusted and leading international school in Saudi Arabia, recognized for academic excellence, character formation, and a values-driven environment where every student discovers who they are, what they believe, and what they are capable of; graduating globally competitive future leaders who are deeply rooted in their identity and prepared to lead with character, competence, and conscience in a complex and beautiful world.

Mission Statement

Mission Statement

To provide a world-class American curriculum education rooted in a values-driven, inclusive, and inspiring environment, developing the whole child intellectually, morally, socially, and spiritually from Pre-K through Grade 12, while nurturing confident, ethical, and globally ready learners who stand among the finest human beings their generation will produce.

Character

Character

We envision graduates who are deeply good — honest, humble, compassionate, and courageous. Moral character is not a course we teach. It is the air we breathe.

Competence

Competence

We envision graduates who are academically excellent, globally literate, and equipped with the skills — critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication — to thrive in any context.

Conscience

Conscience

We envision graduates who feel a responsibility to the world around them — to their families, their communities, their country, and their Creator — and who act on that responsibility with courage.

Westminster families and school community

Family Partnership

Belonging starts before the first day.

Here, Families are partners.

Westminster is not a school that children simply attend. It is a community that children and families belong to, and parent partnership is treated as essential, not optional.

  • 013 parent-teacher conferences per year.
  • 02Annual family satisfaction survey.
  • 03Formal parent council representation.
  • 04Open-door communication with response within one school day.
  • 05Family orientation before a child starts.
